Warranty, return and exchange

Online shop ideyka.de - it is a separate branch of Art Active Sp. z o.o. z o.o. Officially, the TM products “IDEYKA” Sold via e-commerce in Poland.

The manufacturer guarantees that all products presented on the site are original and certified.

Please check the completeness and correctness of the product upon receipt. Completeness depends on the product description on the product.

You can exchange or return an item within 14 days of purchase. 

To take advantage of this opportunity, make sure that:

the goods are complete and the integrity of the packaging is not impaired
retain factory designation
 

In case of non-compliance with the ARTICLE, you can return the goods within 14 days in accordance with; the rules for returning goods purchased in our company. Please note that products that have lost their salable condition or the integrity of the packaging, as well as those with signs of wear and tear will not be accepted for return!

A complaint can be submitted by the customer, for example:

in electronic form by e-mail to the following address: info@ideyka.de;

It is recommended that the customer state the following in the description of the complaint:

(1) Information and circumstances relating to the object of the complaint, in particular the type and time of the defect;

(2) request an opportunity to bring the product into conformity with the contract of sale, or request a statement of price reduction or withdrawal from the contract of sale;

(3) Contact details of the complainant – this facilitates and speeds up the handling of the complaint by the seller.

Unfortunately, we are forced to refuse refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

• Damaged products (excluding manufacturing defects)
• Products with signs of use
• Individual orders are made at the request of the customer
• Products after 14 days from the date of sale cannot be accepted for return or exchange
• The integrity of the packaging and boxes has been violated
• There is mechanical or other damage caused by intentional or negligent actions by the buyer or third parties
• Agreement rules violated 

Terms and Conditions for Returning or Exchanging Goods

Exchanges and returns of goods of appropriate quality are made at the expense of the buyer within 14 days of the date of sale, provided that the purchased goods remain in salable condition.

You can return the product with the DHL delivery service. If the product keeps its appearance and packaging, we'll replace it for you or give you a refund.

After receiving the product for exchange/return, our specialists will check the condition for quality control within 3 working days.

After checking the condition of the goods by a professional, we will refund the goods or exchange them for other goods.

In the event of a refund of the goods, we will not cover the shipping costs incurred for the original order.

The company may refuse a return or exchange if:

Accidental damage caused by the customer or damage resulting from negligence or use
Damage caused by natural disasters (natural phenomena)
Damage caused by through improper use of the goods or through violation; violate the usage rules
